Macy Raine Taylor
Okay… isn’t she just adorable?! This is Macy Raine. I feel kind of like her aunt in a way. After all, I was there for her birth, stationed behind my camera. Not to write a long memoir of that event, because I could, but basically I’m saying this little girl has a very special place in my heart

I met the Taylor family at the ALHS. The school is only a few years old, and has some very cool things about it, such as this funky artsy wall. I have to find out who designed it. There has got to be a story there…
Wende and Shane decided for this years family portrait, they would like to do it in Tiger apparel in front of the tiger in the entryway of the highschool. Great idea! Makenna is a tiger swimmer and Taylor is into basketball (see my post from last week). Wende told me she has volunteered her time in transporting the balls and gear to the games.
Sports are such a commitment. I admire those families who participate in them together, both as players and parents who support them with time and encouragement. They are creating great people for our world!
This is my favorite family image from Saturday’s shoot. I cropped it horizontal and hacked the tiger off, but I like to see them closer than the full shot showed. I know where it was and what was behind them. Everyone looks great in this one, especially Taylor. Great smile and eyes OPEN!
