  This is the Albert Lea 7th grade basketball team.  Yes, they can take a posed picture, but what fun is that?  Given their choice, I’m sure they’d choose this image for their memory mate, but we just did it for fun!  They are a bunch of goofballs! 

  
  

  Originally, the girls were supposed to have their pictures taken on Monday, but they needed to have the gym cleared out earlier, so we switched them with the boys for Tuesday.  Funny thing about sports photography at schools.  When you take the girl’s pictures, they always ask, “how should I stand”, and they always, always have “buddy” pictures taken.  I have never ever taken a boys “buddy” picture, unless they are beginning elementary.  Girls generally take a LOT longer to photograph, but they can be a lot more fun!

  
  

  

  
  

  This is the girl’s 8th grade team in one of their “buddy” shots.  This was a new idea this time.  They thought this was a cool concept and I have to agree.  What a great memory picture.
