Tonsils Are Out!
Being in the hospital is no picnic and Brynn can tell you that from experience.
This was surgery number 12 for her. An outpatient tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy turned into a 5 day hospital stay. She had this done last week on Monday the 7th. We left the hospital on Friday the 11th. Instead of following the normal course of recovery, Brynn had to develop a lung infection, which prevented her from going home for several days. I was very concerned because lung infections are so unpredictable. Thank goodness she is home recovering and thanks to her surgeon Dr. Dana Thompson and Dr. Eran Alon for the awesome care.
In this image she is on the phone with Eva. It was and still is hard to talk, but hearing from her friends Alexa, Becca, Julieanne and Eva, lifted her spirits. Knowing they all cared so much meant a lot. Thanks for the calls and thanks for the flowers Eva. You’re a great friend to Brynn!
